İstanbul Packaging 2010, 16th Packaging Industry Fair

İstanbul Packaging 2010, 16th Packaging Industry Fair will be organized by Tüyap Fairs Inc. in cooperation with Packaging Manufacturers Association (ASD) between the dates September 16-19,2010 at Tüyap İstanbul Fair, Convention and Congress Center, Büyükçekmece - İstanbul - Turkey. İstanbul Packaging Industry Fair is going to be the biggest, most comprehensive and effective fair of the Eurasian region has proven itself among the five most important fairs in Europe. The fair is an active member of Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) and Confederation of Organisers of Packaging Exhibitions (COPE). With the growing stability, 34 countries in 1081 with the participation of companies and company representatives have been carried out in total, were welcomed 37,576 professional visitors. İstanbul Packaging 2010, The 16th İstanbul Packaging Industry Fair this year will be organised by the participation of over 1200 company and company representatives from 40 countries at 60.000 square meters indoor area in 10 halls. More than 40.000 visitors are expected to visit Istanbul Packaging 2010.

6th International Packaging Congress

"International Packaging Congress and Exhibition" is held every other year by the Coordinatorship of Chamber of Chemical Engineers, the first of which is held nationally (1997). As Istanbul was chosen as European Capital of Culture of 2010, this traditional event will be held on 16 - 18 September 2010 in TUYAP Fair and Congress Center in coordination with the Packaging Manufacturers Association. Our event will be titled as "VI. International Packaging Congress" which is linked with International Istanbul Packaging Fair held every year in Istanbul (16 - 19 September 2010). Basic problems of recent years such as economic crisis, unemployment, climate change and hunger necessitate new solutions for packaging industry. Given all these aspects, this congress, based on experience and knowledge gained from previous congresses, will create a basis for new solutions, new enterprises and developments by embodying scientific and technological innovations in packaging field that continuously develops. The development in packaging industry contributes to the developments in other industrial areas since it is a common area. "VI. International Packaging Congress" aims to comprehensively address innovations in constantly developing and very dynamic packaging industry including international workshops with various subjects. The packaging industry, other industrial areas that support this industry, universities, research institutions, relevant public institutions and organizations will come together in this congress.
