Outer packaging protects goods in transit of delivery services. Inner boxes are kept through middle of board (2x in same design in outer packaging). Between the outside material and the customer packaging there is a cavity which buffers in case of any impact at any side. A common construction with inserts does not protect so much. This special construction makes it possible to pass the drop-test in all 11 criteria’s.

The Ambi Pur 'puresse' shaped can Air Freshener developed for Sara Lee created a strong shelf impact for a successful launch onto the Italian market in 2005. This shaped can takes the relatively new technology of tinplate shaping to its extremes achieving expansion levels of 30%. Whilst shaping at this level of distortion gave a very high level of impact it posed a whole range of technical challenges to overcome.

| Kiwi “Polish & Applicators” Sleeve |
The product is a premium one-in-all, express ”shoe-polish & applicator” pack. It is a “single use and throw” unit. A multi-colour PVC sleeve was designed with registered perforations for tear tabs so as to make it easy to open as well as use as single unit from the set of three. The label thus served the dual purpose of bunching and branding as desired by the client. Also, it set a standard for a new concept of aesthetic and functional utility.

| Drain Power "3-in-1" and Drain Unblocker |
Brief was to produce a pack that was unique & different. Result leaves the consumer in no doubt as to the purpose of the contents. It is bright & stands out on shelf, for protection, has childproof closure. Bottle blown in HDPE as it is resistant to corrosive chemicals and blowing was a challenge with the off-set neck, to get the correct parison & evenly distributed material. It has been very successful increasing from 20% market share to over 50%.

This is a totally innovative product, convenient, effective and environmentally friendly. Containers are also smaller allowing for a 61% reduction in the use of plastic and resin and more efficient use of shelf space. The high concentration of the liquid will mean that within the French market, it is estimated that some 17,500 tonnes less detergent will go into the environment and some 60% less water will be needed for washing.

The clamshell is air tight, completely spherical in shape acting as the package and the mold that forms the end product. This clamshell can be manufactured from any environmentally friendly plastic. Perforated tabs on both sides of clamshell make for easy opening. The printed sleeve is designed to make the product appear as if suspended in mid-air. The package is fully recyclable with 40% less material used than a standard detergent bottle.
