Stopper is made to stop shipments slide off from pallets. It's made of clamp and wedge-slider. It is convenient to use and reuse. Before the cargo is loaded, install the clamp to the surface where the cargo will be seated, then load the cargo, install the wedge-slider, adjust the stop position and fasten the bolt. In this way, stopper holds the cargo effectively together with the use of other binding lockers.

3D Paper INSERT 9 mm is a packaging component to fix and separate cartridges 9 mm using folding cartons for security storage, delivery and safekeeping 25 pcs of cartridges. Packaging is filled on automatic filling line. For manufacturing is used recycled paper only and it is also fully recyclable again, a good example of sustainable packaging. New packaging replaces the old one made from plastics (ABS). Paper insert (5.14 grams) is lighter than old plastic one (9.95 grams). The new insert decreases 14 times charges to the Green Dot System in Germany. Low costs and environmental friendly packaging.

Returnable packaging for front door glasses for washing machines consists of set of thermoformed pads on EUR pallet This set allows safety transport of 180 pcs of door glasses from glass works to washing machine assembly plant. For pads is used 3 mm polypropylen foam Prop X with closed structure of cells. Density of foam Prop X is 90 kgs/m3. The new transport packaging solution is expected to decrease number of damaged glasses from 5 % to 1%.
