“Needle Trap” is the innovative syringe label with integrated needle protection function: an injection-moulded part was combined with a label, i.e. a foil to avoid accidental needle-stick injuries in the medical sector. As a result of the integration of the needle protection into the label, an extremely cost-efficient solution is obtained. The product can be rapidly applied with conventional label dispensers.

| Boxes of Postinor tablets protected against counterfeiting |
The box contains two types of protective solutions. A visible sign, OVD foil contains, beyond the hologram elements, nano writing and other hidden elements. As the consumers can see that the product is protected, it increases their feeling of safety. There are also solutions only known by the producer. The ICI technology provides for invisible signs. Its existance is not even suspected, it needs a special tool to be seen.

| Walletkarton, the cardboard band of the blistered tablets |
The great advantage of the walletkarton, is that the blisters containing the tablets are covered with carton, and instructions regarding the dosage are also supplied. The carton sheet presented a great professional challenge: it must match perfectly, and it may not exceed a variance of +-0,3 mm. On punching the sheets, the waste must be removed from the holes completely, not one circle may remain since it would cause a stoppage.
