Decorated by the traditional Chinese signal------S-shaped Taichi picture, the box cover is symmetrically divided into two parts, and the unique rotary way of opening is safe and convenient. On the surface of the fan, the Chinese calligraphy and antique line drawing landscape painting gives the product a culture of the wine and poetry of the ancient China, as the culture of the brand.

This package is made from rigid binding board. The carton has two sides which open up the middle when pulled. The two sides are held together magnetically until sufficient force is applied to open it. Foam padding is provided on both sides to protect the bottle from movement or shocks. The padding is covered with paper to match inner lining. The inner base is also a rigid box with a cavity to hold the bottle in place. The inner walls and base are also cushioned with foam sheet. The outer pasted sheet is printed on MetPET laminated paper, printed with UV inks and spot gloss and texture UV coatings.

The containers of yoghurt drink "Joie" used to have aluminum cap before. We changed them to caps made of polystyrene, which is the same material as the container itself, thus eliminating the need to separate materials for their disposal. This new type of all-plasic container also helps to reduce environmental burden by cutting CO2 emissions about 15%. (Productivity 33,000 bottles / hour).

These 750ml bottles weigh between 370g and 450g, and offer the lowest possible glass weight for export wines and open up new markets. The main environmental advantages are the reduction of the pack mass and 100% recyclability.

This box is made of Toona wood to hold 64 Tea Pods. The box incorporates a curved lid fixed with a curved flexi glass, so that the product within is visible. The wood is cut to size, (certain parts are produced using CNC router technology) joined to form the box, sanded and painted. Stay hinges are used to keep the lid open at 90 degrees. The interior of the box is velvet lined.

The Gun Box was designed to launch the new bottle shape for Badger Ales. The client required a ‘great looking, collectable box to protect and display 12 different bottled ales using the new bottle with updated labels’, to be used for ‘limited quantity trade sampling and PR, supporting the Badger brand ’. The design looks like a wooden fire-arms case with rope handles, but made from environmentally friendly corrugated. The outside was litho printed in a wood effect. A pad inside the lid describes the tasting notes of all 12 beers.

The custom overcap was designed specifically for use on packaging used by toddlers. Most sippy cap cups can allow too much product consumption all at once and allow product leakage. Nearly one hundred models were made to test the shape of the closure, the nozzle, even the induction liner. The closure was designed for a toddler’s mouth size and shape. They have to suck on the closure in order for juice to come out, and the bottle is not squeezable by toddlers – no choking hazards due to a sudden large amount of product being swallowed.
