| Transport packaging for a game machine |
Base of the packaging is a standard EUR 1200 x 800 x 144 pallet and special corrugated cardboard containers put on for 2 pcs of machinery. The inner packaging is special dimensioned foam against shock and vibration, the whole system kept together by strapping. In the packaging, edgeboards were used to provide a strong structure for better stackabilty in case of any kind of humid condition. The product is very sensitive, weight 71 kg, packaging process is fully manual. The packaging protects the products, with special foam tooling and technology for example – 2 complete products can be placed on one pallet.

| New Package "MC Wrap Around 2" Requiring Practically No Set Up |
To use this corrugated cushioning package, set up the wrap around from a flat sheet with one touch, and the rest is just to put the product in the box. Suspended, product is protected from any direct impact, and the package uses less materials, and also requires no dismantling of the box for separate discarding. It has multiple uses for products such as digital cameras with many different accessories or medium size electronic appliances requiring high level of cushion.

| Package Design for Notebook Computer Type P |
The concept behind the development is to make “Wow” to pick it, open it and dispose of it. The compact package, which was achieved through the efforts of minimizing the use of materials for cushioning, indicates how small the product inside the package is. It is made of 100% recycled materials and has a very simple folding construction, which allows user to assemble and dispose of it in a single procedure. Outer package has an illustration to show how to dispose of it.

| Heavy Color Printer Cushion Packaging |
The design was improved by placing a corrugated cardboard sheet over the main base pulp mould cushioning, to evenly distribute the impact shock of a drop, making it possible to safely package a 33kg printer, which was impossible before. Also, unnecessary parts of the cushioning were discarded and the thickness of the pulp mould was reduced as much as possible to further reduce the weight, material used, cost and environmental impact.

| The Development for Simple Package by New Joint System Carton Box |
This is our newly developed package using corrugated cardboard components for sealing process. Moreover, it makes changes of traditional package for heavy products. By shifting to use carton box with wooden frame to developed carton box with easy working process, it reduces packaging volume, and gives serious cost reduction of packaging and logistics.
