Hazard analysis and risk assessment in food contact
In the Conference on Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment in Food Contact we address traditionally the most important technical challenges that have an impact on the food contact materials business. The legislation is becoming increasingly complex and demanding, and compliance requires a deep understanding not only of the legal aspects, but also of the technical approaches that are required to back-up the companies’ compliance affirmations. During these intense two days we will undertake a deep analysis of some of the hottest subjects that the food contact experts are dealing with.
